This is to offer you my profound apology to you in front of the world.
In 1989-90, I received a package of letters in which there was information regarding the issue of sexual abuse involving Bob Ingram.
And with it was a copy of a letter from head Workers to Alaska that cited you for some undisclosed “doctrinal” difference with them.
And among those letters was one that cited both Bob Ingram and yourself involving CSA.
And my profound apology to you is that I believed what I had received.
I was not able to do any research beyond such documentation at that time, but, being somewhat of an historian, I entered many such historical documents into digital files to ensure that they were never again unavailable to professing people. And only about three years ago, did I finally gain Internet access. In the last year, most of the digital files of old documents that I had preserved have been shared with the globe. These documents regarding the situation in Alaska in 1989 were some of the last ones so shared (in the last week or so), and to my present shame, the one citing you for CSA was posted for about a day or two.
This resulted in a reader who knew the situation far better than I, correcting/questioning the authenticity of that letter and the post was immediately removed as a result. And further information that has since come forward to me, has disclosed why the Head Workers failed to specify the “doctrine” that they disagreed with you about. I now understand that that doctrine was Trinitarian in nature – and of course the Head Workers would not give such details within their letter, because they have been pretending to be Trinitarians in order to deceive Trinitarians for a very long time.
I hope that by posting this apology in front of the globe, it may make amends to you, and I ask that you forgive me for soiling your name for even one day.
I would love to communicate directly with you if you could be so merciful, because it appears that you are my brother in Christ. You could PM me on this website.

Our dear Alaska Friends,
We know that you would be somewhat bewildered over the change in Robert Ingram's status, and why such action was necessary. A few years ago, three of the young sisters who now labour in the Orient, mentioned that Robert had taken too many liberties with them, and they were crushed as a result. When they confronted Robert with this, he apologized, and said it would never happen again, because he had prayed like Jacob prayed that night, and kept on praying until God took all desire from him, so that he would have no trouble from now on.
When Sydney Holt and Jack Price were at the Olympia convention this year, a number of the young sister workers came to them. A rumor had been passed around that Robert would be having responsibility over Washington. They were quite distressed over it. One of them said, "If Robert has responsibility over the State, I will either have to give up the work or go to another State, as I couldn't work under him." Several of them went into details to explain to Sydney and Jack just what they had previously been subjected to themselves, and of the embarrassment and heartache that had been caused.
We were also disappointed to hear that there is a division in the ministry caused by a few of the Alaska workers bringing into Washington the influence of the doctrine that Truitt has been teaching in Alaska. This type of division has previously been evident in other areas where Truitt has laboured. We had a long visit with Truitt in hope that Truitt would go to Alberta with Willis Propp in hope that he could help him see where his doctrine has been in error.
The purpose of the meeting in Seattle was to see if something could be done to salvage the situation. We all felt that the only solution would be to bring in a new overseer for Alaska. One that everyone would have confidence in and would be inspired by his care. We hate to see situations like this arise in a kingdom as wonderful as the Kingdom of God, but there were problems in Bible days, and the Lord's people rose above it, and we have every reason to believe they will overcame this, and go on to enjoy a true hearty fellowship with God and with each other. I am sure if any of you wanted more details, either Sydney or Jack would be able to furnish them for you. Our prayers are with you and we wish the best for the future of Alaska.
Your brothers in Christ,

HERE ARE THE REASONS WHY:
Reasons Why Truitt Oyler Has Been Asked to Step Aside From The Ministry:
(1.) Out of consideration for the preservation of integrity and unity in 'the ministry.'
(2.) His Doctrine which was privately taught, creating division among the Saints and Workers in Montana, Washington, and Alaska.
(3.) Additional information obtained since the meeting in Seattle, October, 1989.
(4.) Numerous past admonitions which he failed to observe:
(a.) Admonished by Fred Keller in Montana
(b.) Three admonitions given at Manhattan, MT. during 1965-66.
(c.) Admonished by Willie Jamieson at Olympia, WA. - circa 1967.
(d.) Admonished by Tharold Sylvester in Washington prior to going to
Alaska, 1974.
(e.) Admonished by Jack Price in Alaska - October 24, 1986.
(5.) Justifying both Robert Ingram and himself among Saints and Workers following the meeting in Seattle - October, 1989.
Conditions For Fellowship
(1.) Accepting the decision of the Elders of the Ministry as just and final, and encouraging others to do the same.
(2.) Refraining from teaching his divisive doctrine while filling his position as a Saint. Failure to honor this would jeopardize his privilege of fellowship.
(3.) Being asked not to lead meetings.

no rules?
Good comments Gray!
From Percys comment...
I find it peculiar that the Word of God is not mentioned as superior to the 'new nature first of all
and then an understanding'.....
Believers certainly get a 'new nature' but that is never superior to the Word of God for our guidelines.
And Mr. Howard also fails to set the Word of God above 'feelings'....
Rather than speaking in the negative voice, "God hasn't left us without"
One would have rather heard him say, God has left us His Word to guide our lives.
Gray, you are supposed to 'get it' by osmosis!

Two Obvious Lies Told by Workers

Just two obvious lies told by Workers in light of the above document written by head Workers:
Percy Fletcher
Sometimes we say that in God's Kingdom there are no rules, no regulations, no forms or traditions, but if we have a proper understanding of God's Kingdom, we will find to our advantage and benefit, that God hasn't left us without some guiding influences to govern and to guide our lives.
If this were not true, where would we be?
Everyone would go by his own thinking. God gave us this new nature first of all, then an understanding that made us want to be under the new rule. The point is, are we willing to walk according to this rule?

We don't set down a list of rules or regulations and tell them what they can and cannot do. They are satisfied in Jesus. [1977]
