"There are some people inside this family of God who believe that this is a free for all. They feel that they are at liberty to do what their minds and hearts desire. They imagine that there is no discipline, no order, no government inside God's Kingdom. This is not so. The mark of a good government is that it is not seen until it is needed. Someone said, 'The less governed, the better governed.' There is no room in the Family of God for lawless men or women."
