"It was not sufficient for them (Israelites) to be under the blood. They had to eat the lamb as well as take shelter under the blood. There is no greater mistake than for any preacher or teacher to tell men and women they can be saved and go to heaven simply because they believe Christ died for them and that His Blood was shed for them. The single fact of the crucifixion will not deliver men from the power of the world...Many would like to take shelter beneath the cross of Jesus, but are not in their heart willing to submit to the Lordship of Jesus."
